Why was Russia left out!?

So President Obama,Why oh why did you leave Russia out of the missile defence collective!?,surely it would have been a lot easier and made more sense to have them on board with all the others!?.
So now Russia will point their missiles towards American targets!,I just wonder if this is all part of the NWO's agenda to provoke Russia into striking first!?,and don't just say "oh another conspiracy theorist!" because too many things are starting to add up here?,there definitely seems to be method in the madness!?,but then the NWO agenda states that they want the population to be reduced by 80 or 90% so that should play nicely into their hands!?.I wonder how big the Bilderbergs and Rockerfellers survival shelters are!?,probably about the size of a small town!?,well they can definitely afford it!.

Unknown to Man!?

As if we didn't know?,of course the winds have pushed the cloud of radioactivity around the globe,same as it did with the volcano that erupted in Iceland last year throwing lots of airports around the world into chaos!.
There's not a lot we can do about it now so I guess we just carry on with the madness until it dissipates?.

Welcome to my Blog "The Scottish Saharan"
Greetings and Salutations to one and all and welcome to my Blog page "The Scottish Saharan" aptly named because I am Scottish and I am very dry witted?,or so I am told!?.
I will be Blogging on many subjects that I have an opinion on ranging from the current state of the global economic crisis and what I think should be done about that? to the fight to legalise and therefore benefit from cannabis for medicinal and recreational use,to well,just about anything I feel needs to be commented upon!?.
This is my first ever Blog so I would ask that you be gentle with me and I ask for any assistance and/or guidance that you may be able to offer me in this new endeavour of mine?.
